Wow. Reading that training schedule I’m tired for you already. Never running longer than the distance of a parking space to a Nordstrom's sale I'm hardly one to comment on what you do for your birthday. However, as I am a Gemini and prone to distractions which can lead to vast time rifts (or is that the burgeoning of Swiss cheese brains?) maybe I can offer a suggestion? Perhaps, in addition to a ridiculous amount of training (seriously...I won't even DRIVE 50 miles!) you need to a mental diversion...such as juggling. Your focus will be on the objects (machetes, fruit, bowling pins) rather than on time or miles. One major drawback...if you drop the object you have to return to the point of the drop...which could add up to more mileage. Wonder what would the transponder do with that? Perhaps leave well enough alone and if you won't reconsider the Caribbean suggestions being offered by more sane people, then perhaps save this for your 45th? Am booking my flight to San Fran now.
